Dragon class Leviathan

As I said in a previous post I was gonna do more on lesser known dragon classes,well this is one of those. In this post I'll be talking about the largest and occasionally docile (most of the time until provoked) Leviathan class dragons. 

These immense beasts are by far the largest of the classes and have been given this name due to it and also because of the mighty Monster "Leviathan" (check previous post on his history and origins), but unlike him are fairly more docile and calmer of their dragon kin but will attack if (as I previously said) provoked .

The size estimates on these creatures can vary but one thing stays the same they're big even by most dragon standards .Some are no bigger than a small submarine, while other big enough for being mistaken as a small island.They live in mainly cold waters like that of the Artic/Antarctica but can be spotted in warmer waters,the smaller species at least larger specimens only travel to warmer waters to breed and reproduce. 

Their colouration can be very eye-catching for the smaller species but for the larger they're less colourful with their colouration leaning towards greens,light and more darker blues,white and even colours and appearance resembling that of whales.

 Mating wise they act like dolphins and whales with a slight twist they make series of calls from high-pitched clicks to low bellowing noises,but unlike whales and dolphins males have blood vessels in their necks that when flushed into the throat flash colours to attract females. Pregnancy among these dragons last for up to 5 months to about 2years(mainly the larger one's) majority of them give birth to live young(also larger species) ,while some lay eggs on land (like turtles or crocodiles).
